Jackson Kesecker

Jackson was born in Monterey and raised in Soledad, in the heart of the Salinas Valley. He is an 11th-generation Monterey County resident, and his family's history here is part of why he does this work. From the agricultural fields of the valley floor, surrounded by prominent mountain ranges, to the beaches and views of the Monterey Peninsula, he knows this county as a neighbor and not just as a market.

After graduating from Palma School in Salinas, Jackson earned his Associate of Arts at Hartnell College, then a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a Pre-Law concentration and a minor in Music from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. That training shows up in his work: he reads contracts closely, asks the right questions, explains complicated terms in plain language, and advocates clearly for his clients at the negotiating table.

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll make, and Jackson believes it deserves an agent who understands the local neighborhoods and economy. For sellers, that means pricing grounded in current market data, marketing that shows a home at its best, and skilled negotiation through closing. For buyers, it means a focused search, honest input on price and condition, and steady guidance from the first showing to the keys. He proudly serves clients in English and Spanish.

Away from work, Jackson has been playing guitar for over a decade, and his music minor was more than a side interest. He's engaged to his fiancée, and the two are building a life here on the Central Coast, which gives him a personal stake in the community he serves.
