This Privacy Policy explains how Jackson Kesecker, REALTOR® (DRE#02196405), a real estate salesperson affiliated with KW Coastal Estates (responsible broker Mike Butson, DRE#01527814), collects, uses and shares information when you visit jacksonkesecker.com (the “Site”). “We,” “us” and “our” refer to Jackson Kesecker.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a contact form, request a home valuation, schedule a tour, create an account or save a search or favorite, we collect the information you provide, such as:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your message, preferred tour time and other details you choose to share
• Properties, areas and searches you are interested in

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To respond to your questions and requests, and to provide real estate services
• To contact you by phone, text message or email about properties and services you have asked about
• To show property listings, saved searches and listing alerts
• To operate, secure and improve the Site, and to prevent spam and fraud
• To comply with legal, licensing and brokerage requirements

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

• Our brokerage. KW Coastal Estates (Mike Butson, responsible broker) may access information as required to supervise real estate activity and keep transaction records.
• Service providers. Companies that help us run the Site, including iHomefinder (property search and listing data), Google (form handling, reCAPTCHA spam protection, Maps and analytics), and our website host. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Other parties in your transaction, such as lenders, escrow and title companies, inspectors or other agents, only when you ask us to connect you or it is needed for your transaction.
• Legal reasons, when required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of you, us or others.

Phone calls and text messages

By providing your phone number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Jackson Kesecker about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting us using the details below.

Cookies, analytics and third-party tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and saved searches and to understand how the Site is used. Third parties, including Google and iHomefinder, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Site. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies or reject non-essential cookies, and your choice is saved in your browser. We may need to keep some records to meet legal, licensing or brokerage requirements. California residents may also request information about any disclosure of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes; we do not share personal information for that purpose.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and meet legal, licensing and record-keeping obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Links to other websites

The Site links to websites we do not control, such as Google Maps, GreatSchools and social media. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
